Update Skia to revision f4f7364eb73a016f363d3d66ff3007e3a94e3f5e, which includes the Epoxy native interface support upstream. Note that patch landed upstream uses GrGLInterfaces::MakeEpoxyEGL() instead of GrGLMakeEpoxyEGLInterface().
